About this house rental
"Fairweather Cottage" is named for this home's original owners' wooden "ketch" that sailed to Avalon! This tandem walk-through three bedroom, two bath two level house (the second level is one of the bedrooms and both bathrooms are downstairs) is located less than two blocks from the beach, and was totally remodeled in 2008. Carpet has been replaced with hardwood floors in April 2019. Two flat panel TV's with DVD players (the one downstairs is a DVD/Blu-ray player), an iPod player, wireless internet, two electric fireplaces and many more amenities make this a great family vacation home. Just sit on the front porch, kick back, relax, and watch the world go by! 1159 SqFt 234CL | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

We had a great time and enjoyed all the perks of this home. TV’s in all rooms with working cable and wifi for nextflix, etc. Washer and dryer were a plus to have on hand. The place was clean and offered lots of movies and games for the kids to play. The only issue we had were quite a few ants in all rooms and were even getting into our luggage.
