• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the side door-- 2-3 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.
PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.
No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

We had a great time at the rental house and at Hilton Head. Rode bikes on the many trails and took walks on the beach. Enjoyed walking and shopping at Harbour town. Had delicious meals at The Salty Dog, One Hot Mama’s and Reilly’s. House was a short 5 minute walk to beach.

This home was absolutely lovely—cozy, bright, and instantly welcoming. When we arrived, the lamps were already lit throughout the house, creating such a warm first impression. The space was the perfect size for our family of four and our pup, and it was impeccably clean. You’d never know pets had stayed there before.We especially loved the screened‐in porch and the convenient beach access path right out the front door between the neighboring homes. BESTNEST truly went above and beyond with the essentials, stocking the house with items that are often overlooked—trash bags, tissues, coffee filters, and more. It’s such a relief to start a vacation without having to run to the store for basics.They also left a thoughtful welcome basket filled with goodies, and their responsiveness was excellent. When a bit of water leaked through a door after some exterior pressure washing, they came over immediately to inspect and clean up. Check‐in and checkout were seamless and stress‐free.We’ve rented in Sea Pines many times, but this home—and our experience with BESTNEST—was by far the most enjoyable.
