Large and inviting creekside lodge condo only a 2-minute stroll from perfect Lake San Cristobal…Four bedrooms, two full baths, plus a huge loft with couch, love seat, fireplace and huge LCD TV! Sleeps 10 comfortably. It is located in an exclusive lakeside community on Slumgullion Creek (firepit right beside the creek!) and is only 200 yards from public access to Lake San Cristobal.

The main level has the living area, large updated kitchen, full bathroom and two private bedrooms, each with queen beds (1 with DirecTV/DVD). The lower level has a master suite (with DirecTV/DVD) and bathroom, washer/dryer and bunk room with 4 twins. The upper level is the cozy loft with 65" LCD TV with DirecTV/DVD, gas fireplace, couch, love seat and chair, and a queen bed. Strong Wifi service throughout the unit for streaming.

Ride out onto the Alpine Loop directly from the condo without having to trailer. And there is plenty of room to park your trailers ~100 yards away. Ask about DeLoach Cabin only about 100 yards west!!It also sleeps ten.

This condo was great, and had everything we needed! Our grandkids loved going to the creek. It is literally right there. It’s closer than I thought it would be from the description. I loved my early morning walks to the lake. The view is gorgeous, and if you go down the road early in the morning you can see the mountain reflecting in the lake!! The bunk room was perfect for kids! We were there first week in June- so peaceful! Loved our time here!

The property owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. This is a great stay for multiple groups of family members because of the multi levels. We really loved it! The kitchen was a perfect community center. We had family dinners every night. The upstairs got a little hot, but it was pretty warm weather during our stay, and it was just a family room, so no one had to sleep up there. We would stay here again.

We had a fantastic time at this charming condo. The beds are comfortable, the pillows and linens are clean, and the kitchen is well-appointed… and the location is amazing. We especially appreciated access to canoes and the lovely fire pit next to the creek. The owners/property managers were great to work with, and they contacted us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was great.. and it was!

We were so happy to have found this place that was able to accommodate all 10 of our ice climbing friends. We had plenty of room for all, plus a cozy loft space for us to all play cards. The house was very clean and the property owners checked in with me to make sure all went well. Great communication, 10 minutes from the ice park, and amazing views of the mountains and lake from the balconies. Have already booked twice and will certainly be back for more!

Google maps is a little funky with the actual address, so make sure to look out for signs directing you towards the Inn - I'd recommend putting the GPS coordinates or a pin link on the VRBO site. We all enjoyed our stay and all the spices and cookware were nice to have. It's a bit outside of town which is slightly inconvenient, but more than makes up for it with the lake and mountain views! Owner was easy to communicate with and we didn't have any issues with the property.

This was the perfect location for our family. We also rented the DeLoach Cabin (Which is nearby) and was able to have 20 family members. The small stream in front of condo was ideal for the littles to play in for hours at a time. We were able to grill and also use the outside cook fire ring at the cabin. The lake is right there and so easily accessible. Owners were a dream to work with. We have already booked for next year--it's that good.

Stayed at the condo in January to ice climb in Lake City for a few days. It’s a big place, cozy, warm, and well equipped. We cooked all our meals as most places are closed during the winter. Big kitchen and dining table. We did not use the bunk beds but did use the three bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Our group would certainly stay here again. Owners communicated well and responded quickly to our questions.

Absolutely beautiful location with a spacious family condo. Good amenities and friendly communicative host. Place had clean bathrooms and linens with a nice adequate kitchen. It was quiet. Only downside was the place needs an overall deep cleaning and some minor maintenance of leaky faucets, get the trash under the beds and crumbs, baseboard and fan type dust, etc. Even with the less than sparkling clean, I’d stay here again.

It was great to be able to ride right from the trails. Trailer parking was across the road and down by the lake. We had 10 people staying there and we ran out of trash bags half way through our stay. The information book was out of date and frankly somewhat condescending, but the property manager answered questions promptly. The condo was clean, but the beds were pretty uncomfortable and some felt like the frames could fall apart. But it was definitely nice to have hot water and washer and dryer available. And the TV room upstairs was the most popular place in the condo!

Can’t beat the view and location for the price! The view is gorgeous!! The perfect spot between lake city and the alpine loop! Walking distance to the lake. The owner was great at communication and quick to respond as we quickly ran out of trash bags and toilet paper. Just a note the middle level floor is super squeaky near bathroom and bedrooms. It’s above the king bed / bunk beds on lower level. We just used our sound machine to help cover the noise.

Absolutely loved staying here. The views from the balcony were spectacular! Lots and lots of room. The stairs are a bit steep but have sturdy handrails. Overall everything was just great. Will definitely stay again on our next trip with the family.

The condo was impeccable, quiet and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you don't mind negotiating 3 flights of stairs, (there are 3 levels) this quiet refuge is nestled in the Rockies ,with a pletheroa of outdoor activities. The views are breathtaking, both night and day. Tiny, quaint Lake City is minutes away and the cafe was an inviting place to throw a munch. We cycled our bikes, jeeped the mind blowing Alpine look, hiked nearby trails, and there was no time for fly fishing which I see is pretty darn good. So I guess we'll have to come back. Thank you Don and Cindy!

We rented this property with friends and family for a total of 11 people (including kids infant-8 yo). The view was amazing! This propert is part of a 4 unit building and every person we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful when it came to which trails to take on the Alpine Loop. The cabin was great! Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and have some time to ourselves or together! Don and Cindy were very easy to get in touch with and helped us with any questions we had. Definitely recommend this rental

We spent a week here and it was amazing. Location was perfect on the lake and the property had everything we needed. It was great being able to use the fishing gear and canoe, and we had everything to cook meals at the property. Perfect jumping off point to go exploring on the alpine loop. Overall the place was nice and clean. Close to trails and a nice view. Would be nice if there were a TV in the living room next to the kitchen because that"s where everyone gathers. The only thing that bothered us was the smell from the dumpster that belonged to the Inn next door.
