About this apartment rental
This is our family beach condo which we're offering to guests. This 2nd floor (end unit) condo is right on the beach and has underground parking for 2 cars. It's the perfect place for a beach get-a-way vacation. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with a sleeper sofa in the living room and comes fully equipped with everything you'll need. The master bedroom has a new King size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and the sleep sofa in the living room sleeps two. Please contact me with any questions.
TV in the living room is a 52" smart TV with Netflix.
You'll enjoy this entire condo in beautiful Oceanside, CA. This condo is right on the beach. To get to the beach, you simply take the elevator down to the secure garage and exit the door onto the sand on the upper beach. To get to the public beach and the water, just walk down the stairs.
We will provide all guests a cell phone number should you need to reach us with anything night and day as we're only 30 minutes away.
Not only is this a great condo, but it's just a short drive away to Disneyland (60 minutes), Legoland (15 minutes), San Diego Zoo (45 minutes) and Sea World (45 minutes)

With it's superb location (right on the beach!), beautiful views, excellent amenities, and many little 'extras' (good supply of cookware, puzzles, games, beach gear, private beach area, etc.), as well as a wonderful host, my friend and I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing vacation week! We loved everything about our time at this homey retreat, and would love to return next year!

Enjoyed a weeks stay in this oceanfront condo. Nice surf break in front of property gives you lots of surfers to look at. Nice sunsets!

We had a great week long vacation here. We loved the location of the property. It had easy access to the interstate so we could get headed out to explore different areas quickly. It was easy to get in and out of with a secured garage and elevator access to the second floor. That was important to us as my mom has mobility issues. The public beach was a challenge for her because after going down the stairs you have to go down some steep, loose rocks. However, it was great that there was the private beach area because she could enjoy being there under the shade. The view from the condo is amazing. We saw dolphins a couple times and enjoyed watching surfers and some beautiful sunsets. Bert was great to work with. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. We had everything we needed. The space was great for us. We would definitely return again and recommend it to friends.
