About this apartment rental
The apartment has an excellent location and spectacular views to the marina of L´Escala. It is located in front of the sea and only 350 meters to Riells beach, 50 meters to the restaurant and only 350 meters to the supermarket.
Riells beach is very wide and very shallow. Next to the beach you will find the amusement park and go carting. The promenade offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, etc.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living-dining room with exit to the terrace, where you can also enjoy outdoor meals, a well-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with bathtub.
In total can sleep 4 people in 1 double bed (150cm), 2 singles (90cm each).
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

la vue.
une chose mais indépendante de votre volonté..les fêtards qui crient dans les couloirs et les portes qui claquent à pas d heure.Pour beaucoup le mot respect ne fait pas parti de leur vocabulaire.

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour 4. Deux adultes, une fille de 5 ans et une petite fille de 17 mois. Tout c’est bien passé. Nous connaissions la résidence et c’est vraiment calme et avec une superbe vue sur le port.

This was the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It is very clean and has everything needed for an excellent holiday. Location is superb too.
