This charming beach house is the perfect getaway for all. Located right on Lake Michigan, you are just a short walk over the sandy dune to beautiful Sheridan Beach!
The home features wood floors throughout the main level, renovated kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar, wet bar, stainless steel appliances and all kitchen furnishings. Updated bathrooms. On the main level, there are 2 bedrooms / 1 bath, dining room, living room, sunroom and kitchen. The upper level features 3 beds / 1 bath. There is one additional bedroom, family room, full bathroom and washer/dryer on the lower level. Huge deck with patio furniture / gas grill overlooks the lake and amazing sunsets. Backyard features turf area for play and a putting green. Parking for 4 cars in driveway.
Nearby attractions include the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore with hiking, swimming, horseback riding, picnicking and fishing, Lighthouse outlet mall, museums, indoor and outdoor miniature golf, numerous golf courses, Washington Park Zoo, tennis courts, fruit farms, outdoor water park, Blue Chip Casino, Four Winds Casino . Restaurants are numerous including both fine dining and family dining .
Please no parties or events. This is definitely not a party house! We love our home and want to keep it in great condition, as such we have a strict 10 person maximum (including any visitors).
Maui Mat / Lily Pad rental available for $150/week. Also, please ask about baby gear available if you are bringing little ones!
**Please note: There are no pets allowed on the property, however, we do have a family golden retriever that spends time at this home. While our cleaning crew does an excellent job, we like to make our guests aware in the event anyone in your group is severely allergic to dogs.

Wonderful vacation! My daughter, her husband and their two children, ages 2 and 4, had a wonderful time at this house. It is completely outfitted with many toys for the kids and great family space. The deck is huge and is perfect for sunsets. The home is very up to date, spacious and has a well stocked kitchen. The path to the lake is such a luxury! The beach is uncrowded on this stretch of sand. It was a fun and relaxing time and we've already booked for 2026!!

This house was wonderful for 3 generations of family from teenagers to grandparents. Great private beach with easy access. Super accessible location. Easy travel to Michigan City restaurants and New Buffalo. Very nice house with great beach vibe and lots of sleeping space/bedrooms.

This property is charming, clean, and well stocked. The walk to the beach is short and the beach does not disappoint. The sand is clean and the water is clear, it is like being oceanside. There were beach chairs and coolers and games to use during our stay which was wonderful.
The bedding it extremely comfortable and all the linens are very nice. The kitchen is functional, stylish, clean, and stocked well with all the items you would need to cook.
The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive to our inquiries both before and during our stay.
The view is one that would never get old, I hope to come back with friends and family again someday.
