This 5th-floor condo in exclusive Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock is newly furnished and offers some of the best views in the area. Designer-furnished and offering almost every interior upgrade imaginable, this is truly an exceptional residence.
This single-level condominium is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 1344 square feet of exquisite living space, plus a huge balcony of over 300 sq. ft. As you enter the foyer, you'll be greeted by ten-foot ceilings, tiled floors, and a breathtaking view of the ocean through the large windows and sliding glass door to the balcony.
The gourmet kitchen features pristine stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and all the appliances needed to cook for your family and friends. The dining room is ready for candlelight dinners, family gatherings, or anything in between. This condominium building is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular lap pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. With the brand-new boardwalk right next to this building you will have your toes in the sand in no time.

This was our second year staying in this condo. Lots of room and the balcony was great! Never too crowded at either pool and always got a cabana or chairs in the grass beachside. Loved watching fireworks from the balcony!

We enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach. The condo was as described. The only real negative was an unpleasant pet odor in the main bedroom area, most likely from the old carpet.

The view is beautiful which was something we really appreciated. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy our vacation due to major noises during the entire night from the people above us. When contacting the management office, there was no resolution to our complaints. The furniture is in good condition. There is a need for better cleaning as we found hair on the master bathroom and the rugs were dirty. The carpet needs to be cleaned as we struggled with allergies.
