C&P Historic House Rome

Loved the decor, the cosy vibes, and the attention to detail of Flaminia is fantastic. The location couldn't be better for all sights of ancient and rennaisance Rome.

The bed, while likely perfect for summer months, was way too firm. With over 18km walking everyday it didn't rest us well enough not to ache all over in the morning.

This is a charming house, located in a beautiful, old neighbourhood close to many historical monuments and attractions. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, which makes it more appealing. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed and more. The kitchen had all the essentials for making coffee, tea, or meals. I especially appreciated the powerful hairdryer and the spacious bathroom countertop. The umbrellas provided were a thoughtful touch and came in handy. Upon our arrival, we found snacks on the table as a welcome gift, which was a lovely gesture. Our host, Flaminia, was very responsive and attentive, making us feel well cared for. Before we left, Flaminia kindly arranged a taxi for us to the airport.

We noticed that the kitchen area was humid and had a musty smell. And, there was no proper bathroom ventilation. Given that this is an old building, I'm unsure if much could be done to improve these.

It was very quiet central to everything and the host was there for any query at anytime excellent property

To be honest there isn’t anything we can critique

The location was great! Super close to all main attractions. However, the area is very loud (at night as well), but it is to be expected when renting a place in a central area :)

The A/C wasn't working and Rome in July wasn't exactly cool and breezy. The host has kindly come in on Saturday to fix the A/C, however, it stopped working again the same night.
