This beautiful cottage is located on Lake Ontario and boasts all the amenities of home. Located between Brighton and Trenton with a great view of Presquile Lighthouse, it is easily accessible from the 401. The shoreline offers hard sand bottom and a shallow gradual entry.
Entrance to the cottage leads into an open family room with cathedral ceilings and dining area with a great view into the screened in sun-room. A brand new TV stocked with DVDs and satellite make you feel right at home.
The three bedrooms are off the living room, the master bedroom has a king, 2nd bedroom a queen and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk over top. The kitchen is completely equipped and has a full size fridge and dishwasher. There is a full size bathroom off the living room.

This property books Saturday to Saturday in Summer season and is only 90 minutes east of Toronto. The location is beautiful and faces directly south with your very own private beach. An expansive deck allows for lots of outdoor space to relax and unwind.
Presquile Provincial Park is a short 10 minute drive, Sandbanks is within 40 minutes with access to amazing County wineries.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable week. The cottage is in a very quiet location with a great outside space. Direct lake access was fantastic with a shallow, sandy entry.

All good, just like last year. Our favourite part is the lake with the shallow entrance, fine sand. The area is beautiful.

This property was incredible! It checked off all of our boxes, and even the boxes we didn't anticipate. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again next time I'm in the area.
