This beautiful luxury condominium is located in one of the most desirable and safe locations on the beach. It is fully furnished two bedroom corner unit condo that will sleep 5-6 comfortably, with two bathrooms, huge balcony, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer.

There is also a nice swimming pool and a charcoal grill at the pool deck for your enjoyment. Building offers off-street parking for 2 cars and secure coded access.
Condo is conveniently located only a short 1.5 blocks from the ocean and boardwalk and offers great access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy outdoor live entertainment nightly at 31st and 24th street boardwalk stages during the summer. Fishermen might enjoy the 14th street pier or Rudee Inlet which offers inshore/offshore fishing as well as a variety of different tours (dolphin/whale watching, speed boat, pirate ship, and jet skis). Golfers might enjoy the many nearby golf courses. Parasailing, kayaking, sailing, Jet Ski rentals are available at either end of the beach. Bike routes along the boardwalk are great for exploring the beach. 24 Hour grocery store Harris Teeter is conveniently located half a block from the condo for all of your shopping needs.
