• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (ZERO TOLERANCE)
No parties, events, gatherings, or unregistered visitors. This includes exceeding occupancy, excessive noise, decorations, DJs, catering, event-style setups, or disruptive behavior.
Suspected or confirmed parties will result in immediate termination without refund and a $500 minimum penalty plus damages, fines, and related costs. No warning required. Law enforcement may be contacted.
• QUIET HOURS
9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Repeated disturbances may result in cancellation without refund.
• CAMERAS & NOISE MONITORING
Exterior cameras and decibel-only noise monitors are in use. No interior recording devices.
• PETS
House-trained dogs over 1 year old permitted with pre-approval only (no cats). Provide dog details before booking. Pet fee: $100 per 10 nights; 30+ nights: $250/month. Dogs must be crated when unattended indoors and supervised outdoors (no unattended yard time). Guests must remove pet waste or a $75 fee applies. Undisclosed/unapproved pets will be charged double the pet fee per night and may result in cancellation.

We stayed at this property last week, for Spring Break 2023. It was a 6+ hour drive for us. It was two adults, a 10 year old, a 17 year old and a dog. All communication was responded within the day, sometimes within hours - super easy, and the owners were great to work with. They were very open to having our pet stay. I originally informed them we wouldn't be checking in until around 4pm, but with very little traffic, we arrived an hour earlier. I communicated with the owner and the house was already ready for us! It was amazing!
The house was super clean! The listing was exact! The kids LOVED having their own bathrooms, they felt like royalty :) There was a small fenced in yard for playing, and for our dog.
We were not close to the beach, around 6 blocks or so, but it was exactly what we wanted. We aren't "beach" people, we were there for the sights - so for us, the location was perfect!
Thank you again for a relaxing stay!
