Top Floor, Gulf-facing End Unit with nearly 30% more square footage and 3rd half bathroom! All 3 bathrooms recently renovated.
You will be amazed by views of G&B beach & grounds and views of #1 rated Siesta Key Public Beach from this large end unit on the top floor.
There are 5 large picture windows, (4 beach facing, one facing the lake) along with an extra large 11 x 14 foot lanai.
As annual visitors for 25 years to family owning at G&B, we were blessed to be able to purchase this fabulous, nearly 2000sqft condo in June 2016. We want to share our good fortune so that others can enjoy our slice of paradise!
Fully equipped 2-bedroom, 2½ bath, extra large unit with sleeping for 6 (plus pull out bed in Lanai allows sleeping for 8)!
Start your day with breakfast on the lanai with seaside sounds of the gulf and lake fountains along with panoramic views of the manicured grounds, lakes, fountains, pools, beach and Gulf. End the day with dinner in the large dining room (table has 2 leaves) watching the sunset over the Gulf. Enjoy the large kitchen equipped with dimmers on under counter lights and lots of room for food storage in the custom cabinets. Washing the dishes has never been better with the newer dishwasher and gorgeous views of the water and beach right from the kitchen sink!
There is a brand new full-sized washer and dryer in the Huge Master bedroom ensuite that also has a double wide window with lake/fountain view, newer king sized bed (with unobstructed Gulf /beach view from bed), and walk-in closet along with new bathroom. The guest room with amazing beach views from 2 large picture windows sleeps 4 on two queen sized beds, has walk-in closet, and 2 sinks in en suite bathroom. The sunsets from the guest room are spectacular. The guest room has all new electric window coverings allowing for complete blackout darkness or private viewing through sunshades or completely open with seabreeze coming in! Living room has newer couch and loveseat, a built in stereo, and His & Hers recliners beside the large picture window allowing stunning views of the property and beach day & night. There are 2 AC/heat units with separate thermostats allowing you to set your temperature as you like. There is also a utility room for storage and small work projects.
This unit has it all, -location, multiple views and amenities galore!
Additional newer items: 55” & 40” TV’s, all linens & pillows, all bath towels, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes, portable fans and guest room window coverings.

The unit is amazing, in great, great shape and very organized. The views are amazing. John was a TREMENDOUS host. The property is centrally located and provides a great place to walk to just about anywhere on the Key. The beach and beach walks are beautiful.

My wife and I absolutely loved this condo...everything about it was amazing, from its gorgeous pool and beach views to the generous facility amenities! The condo owner was superb with directions and conducted a wonderful ‘walk around’ over the phone once we arrived at the condo.
Simply saying...we can hardly wait to go back!!!

This condo is wonderful. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay at this beautiful complex comfortable and relaxing. Plus, the views from the top floor perch are amazing. Til next time.

Absolutely spectacular place to include the condo itself along with the gorgeous ocean and beach location and outstanding property and grounds. Pools were incredible with views of the ocean. John checked us in and spent much time with us showing his beautiful home, acquainting us with the home’s features and property and the island itself. Hope to return again!
