Die Wohnung ist schön ausgestattet. Die Küche hat wirklich alles. Die Nähe zum Strand war definitiv unser Highlight.
Die Fenster sind sehr alt. In den Schlafzimmern kann nicht geöffnet/gelüftet werden. Auch die Schiebetüren im Wohnzimmer sind stark abgenutzt.

It was close to the beach. Good views. Management company very responsive. The property itself.
The sprinklers got on my (new) Mercedes and left water spots in the paint. I am having to take it to a body shop to have it buffed out.
The beach was well patrolled by the police but the parking lot apparently was not. Around 10 every night anyone and everyone would rev their engines. Also some nights between 10pm-1am there were loud stereo contests that would literally shake the glass in the building.
