Welcome to this newly renovated 2 bedroom condo in the gorgeous Origins at Seahaven Resort. Just minutes from Pier Park, Origins at Seahaven is across the street from the emerald green waters and shimmering white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.
As you enter your vacation paradise you are welcomed with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors offering a panoramic view of Panama City Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Your Living area is family-friendly with a queen sofa sleeper so that this home sleeps six comfortably. A flat-screen TV, private balcony access, separate formal dining area, and additional breakfast bar seating makes this home your first choice for a memorable vacation. The fully equipped and upgraded kitchen has everything from the coffee maker to a blender for your frozen drinks. It is HUGE, so entertaining family and friends is a must.
The master suite also has private balcony access, a plush king bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite master bath for added convenience. The guest bedroom also features a king bed for added comfort and convenience. Awesome location just across from the beach at a resort where amenities are all part of the low rates including fitness center, HUGE Gulf-front pool, hot tub, on-site market and restaurant, movie theater, and much more!

Parking in a covered garage was nice but they need the arrows up on the pillars to tell you which direction you need to go not on the ground as it's hard to see ! The kitchen needs more bowls and storage containers! Measuring cups and such ,a cutting board and definitely need some better knives! The overall apartment is pretty good, but the carpet is pretty bad needs to be replaced with hardwood or tile to freshen up the place !! Vacuum cleaner doesn't work !! My husband tried to use it and the beater bar was covered in hair and such and the beater bar wasn't turning at all !! We always leave the place clean or cleaner than we found it so that's why we knew the Vacuum didn't work !! The beds were very firm but I we prefer a softer mattress and one without plastic which will make you sweat all night !! But on a better note everything around outside was within a short walk so that was great!!

I have a few issue with the parking gate and door combination. Just took one phone call and everything was taking care of. Very nice condo.

Location, location, location. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Condo was perfect for a week at the beach. Would stay here again.

Carpet in hall, dining, and bedrooms were dirty with stains and spots everywhere. They were disgusting, wouldn't walk on them without slippers or shoes. Blue Swell never sent door code until 4 pm check-in and never sent i had to call at 4:15 pm to get the code. First 3 calls I had to leave a message, it was very stressful. Location was great however.
