Starting in October, South Shore Villas are resurfacing of all five pools to enhance your experience The indoor pool and spa will be the first to be resurfaced and will be taken offline initially. all remaining pools will remain available for your enjoyment. Our goal is to complete the resurfacing of all pools in October, weather permitting.
Don't miss out on this "Everything Included" Beautiful Ocean Front Condo in Crescent Beach. There are TWO master bedroom suites - great for 2 families. The 10th floor condo offers spectacular views of the beach and ocean. You will enjoy your morning coffee watching the dolphins play. This super clean condo always books up fast, so please call for more detailed information.
HIGHLIGHTS: New 55' TV (2021) for family room entertainment. Furnished balcony with a high-top table, seats 4, and 2 lounge chairs with ottomans, for relaxing or sharing a family meal at your home away from home. Owner has provided a children's "Pack-N-Play" and "Space Saver High Chair". A well-stocked beach gear closet includes beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, beach umbrella along with beach towels for your use.
FRESH UPDATES: New Paint, New Furniture, New Bedding, etc. Beautiful granite countertops in kitchen and baths. You will be impressed with this well-appointed kitchen that includes full size appliances along with all the extras -- blender, toaster over, crock pot, food chopper, electric mixer, electric can opener, and a hot air popper. There is also a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Master bedroom has King bed w/ en-suite bathroom including separate glass shower stall, double sink vanity and jetted tub, perfect for evening relaxation. The second guest bedroom has a King bed with private bath/shower combo and the third guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds and it's own private bath/shower. Plenty of room for 2 families! Your reservation includes bed and bath linens, with beds freshly made upon arrival and a starter kit of paper products.
AMENITIES: Includes a pool, lazy river, hot tub, indoor pool, gym and a direct walkway to the ocean. This owner does offer beach towels to use during your stay, just be sure to wash and return them please! There are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool area to catch some rays.
BEACH ACCESS: A short walk over the dunes and your feet are in the sand! The Crescent Beach area offers para-sailing, banana boat rides, and jet ski rentals right on the beach!

The location on the beach is nice but the unit and property overall seem a bit dated. Room was a little dirty upon arrival and we had a couple of issues with the shower in the hall leaking and not draining so that we couldn't use it. I sent an email about it because the paperwork indicates that if you call after hours and it is not an emergency then they charge you. I told someone the next day when they called to confirm out checkout the person i spoke to was a little rude saying that i should also call but i am on vacation and busy so think the email should have sufficed. Otherwise, everyone was friendly. The whole binder thing and all of the long list of checkout instructions seemed unnecessary considering the large cleaning fee you are paying. Did the job for our trip but would not choose this property again.
