Great location and nice layout. Just needs some TLC requiring light maintenance and repairs. Old smart TV in living area that requires updating. Numerous light bulbs out. Lock box should be mounted and not hung on the door handle. It can easily be stolen and opened elsewhere. A keypad entry lock makes more sense. Shower heads should be replaced with an adjusted spray unit. Somebody needs to provide a more critical eye on the condition of the property.

We were coming in from out of town for the weekend and received the call that our rental was no longer available because of a gas leak, but this company was professional and already had another property available for the weekend and quickly moved us to the new location and I would say it was a great location and beautiful cottage and would definitely not only recommend but will likely book this cottage when we are back in town.

Downstairs Bed was terrible. Mattress was sunken in and very uncomfortable. Only one entrance and exit. Not a good safety designOuter Door lock was very hard to lock and unlockToilet was hard to flushOther than those negatives, the house was nice. Close to beach. Fully stocked.
