Location location location
Some crockery unclean. Mouse visited from under the house. Back room (main bedroom) was quite cold.

It was close to the beach
There was no bedding provided which is always a pain and all the crockery and glasses were mismatched, chipped and cracked and desperately need replacing. The bedrooms had no heaters and were absolutely freezing at night.
