About this house rental

Charming Victorian with antique touches in the heart of Historic Lewes. Casual decor and well stocked kitchen makes you feel at home. Relax with your morning coffee on the large wrap around front porch or escape to the solitude of the enclosed back yard with small waterfall and fish pond. So close to downtown Lewes that you can stroll there for dinner or shopping. A short bike ride or drive to the beach.

Driveway in back of house is not part of this property. This property is available for shorter stays in the off season. Ask your agent for details.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good while it lasted. Left before the week was up due to a medical problem -- muscle spasms in neck and shoulders -- that suddenly cropped up, cause unknown.

The house was really great and they had top of the line appliances. They had all the utensils you need and then some. The beach is minutes away and the outdoor shower was a great way to clean off my grandsons. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard with the koi pond. In the morning, we sat on the wrap around porch and drank our coffee. Great experience and a wonderful vacation.

My sister and I and 3 friends rented this property for a long weekend. The house was perfectly located within a short walk to downtown Lewes. It was immaculate, charming and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were high quality, and we were thrilled with it in every way. We will definitely be back!

The home is stocked with excellent kitchen utilities, hosting tools and space, and very comfortable bedrooms and functional bathrooms. We loved this little cottage! It is also in a great location.
