Hotel & Spa Relais Freedom Club

The owners are clearly making a great effort, but unfortunately, the rooms are quite old and are definitely in need of renovation. We were also surprised to find that there wasn’t a single hook for hanging towels. The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working, but fortunately, it was replaced with a working one the next day. We booked a room for three people, but it turned out that the third bed was actually a sofa bed that was impossible to sleep on. Luckily, the staff kindly allowed us to use the neighboring room during the night. The breakfast was wonderful. However, since the restaurant is open not only to hotel guests but also hosts various celebrations and events, there was a party until midnight on one of the nights of our stay. The noise was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep. And finally, getting to the hotel by car is quite an adventure — the road is basically a roller coaster!

As written above

The staff was really nice and always willing help.

The facilities inside the room could be better. The room was clean but they some maintenance.

Lovely. We had a great stay. Stunning location and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Will definitely go back.

The staff was amazing, really helpful, and they've accommodated all of our requests. The pool area is very nice and well maintained, clean.

We stayed in rooms no 99 and 100, absolutely not suitable for renting out, complete disappointment. The rooms were humid and with a mouldy smell not pleasant at all. The sheets were damp. The whole building doesn't look like it was built for the purpose of having rooms, but rather a storage of some sort and later was transformed in an accommodation unit. It looked like a garage from outside, complete shock. Room 99 doesn't even have a window. There is no way you can ventilate such a room. It's such a shame as the area outside the rooms is stunning.
