Poor service and dirty blankets
The view from the balcony
Cleaning was very poor. Upon arrival we found that in the apartment there were only used (and very dirty) blankets, clearly not washed since a while (full of hair and stains). The following day, we requested a clean blanket and our message was simply ignored. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Communication with the owner was poor. Scarsa pulizia, coperte sporche, scarico della doccia intasato e divano letto scadente. Lasciate perdere!

Brand new, clean, ideal location, good for the price
Brand new and clean. Close to shops bars and restaurants. Good view from balcony. Host took the time to give an overview of the area and recommended where to ski.
Shower ran cold after 2 showers in a row. Lack of plates and cutlery. Small room. Bed settee hard.

Agenzia pessima ma monolocale carino
Il monolocale è in una posizione ottimale nel centro di Sestriere, si trova anche facilmente parcheggio (ferragosto), la vista sulla montagna è bellissima e l'appartamento è fornito di tutto. Abbiamo prenotato pochi giorni prima e direi per rapporto qualità prezzo va benissimo.
A parte il divano letto molto scomodo, la cosa peggiore è stata l'agenzia che affitta l'appartamento. Prima della partenza ho fatto domande su whatsapp e qui su booking ai numeri indicati e le risposte sono arrivate dopo giorni. Già li non era proprio corretto secondo me. C'è da lasciare la cauzione bloccando l'importo sulla carta, che va bene però mi è sembrata un po' esagerata. Durante il soggiorno (purtroppo all'ora di cena un giorno di festa) è saltata la luce in casa, evidentemente avevo acceso troppe cose, e il contatore non è all'interno dell'appartamento. Ho chiamato e mandato messaggi all'agenzia che non si è neanche preoccupata di rispondere. Alla fine per fortuna sono riuscita a rintracciare la custode del condominio che ha saputo dirmi dove fossero i contatori. Non credo che sia una comportamento accettabile, posso capire rispondere dopo un po' ma non rispondere proprio mi sembra eccessivo.
