Es handelt sich um ein eigenes kleines Häuschen in einer Anlage mit 4 Häusern und einem dazugehörigen Pool (von 9.00 - 19.00 Uhr geöffnet). Es liegt sehr abgeschieden und ruhig, gemütlich, rustikal. Gartenmöbel um draußen zu sitzen und eine Markise sind vorhanden. Klimaanlage auch. Küche gut ausgestattet. Für Kaffee italienische Espressokanne. 4 Flammen Gasherd. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Hitze habe ich am Nachmittag die Abkühlung im Pool genossen. Das Auto konnten wir neben dem haus Parken. Die Anlage ist durch ein Tor und einen Code gesichert.
Es war etwas wenig Licht in der Küchenzeile zum Kochen und ein muffiger Geruch unter der Spüle. Bis nach Urbino sind es 12 Minuten Autofahrt. Aber es ist relativ einfach einen Parkplatz zu finden.

L'odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno ci ha rovinato il soggiorno. dopo averlo più volte segnalato ci è stato risposto che gli dispiaceva. Risposta alquanto insoddisfacente.
