This place was brilliant in a brilliant location and we was greeted by warm professional staff, especially Francesca. She was above and beyond helped us out with two baby cots. We loved it a lot

The location is perfect - close to the beach, safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes. Room size is on the small size but still ok. Great pool and patio.
I didn’t like two things - the lights in the room have a master key and to turn the lights in the bathroom this also turns the lights in the room itself which is super inconvenient- if you get up at night to use the bathroom you would wake up your roommate…. Second thing I didn’t like was the breakfast- exactly the same breakfast every morning- gets boring for more than 2 days…

Excellent food at the restaurant; the 3rd floor terrace with pool, lounge chairs - absolutely fantastic; all staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location; safe; comfortable.
A bit overpriced for the size of the room. The beds were OK, not great.

Some staff are snobbish, the only one who is accommodating with us are the staff at the night shift.
