desayuno bastante bueno

Amabilidad del personal, amplitud de las instalaciones, variedad de comidas en la carta.
El silencio en el spa también se valora, para todos aquellos que vamos en busca de descanso y desconexión.
Como punto de mejora quizás ofrecer menús vegetarianos y veganos sería valorable.

Aseo no prolijo, habían calcetines bajo la cama al llegar y ahí se mantuvieron hasta irnos. Pelos en el baño. Quizás sólo un evento, pero la mucama de turno tal vez no le vio...

Es un hotel acogedor, con muchas áreas verdes, emplazado en un tranquilo sector de Reñaca y con buena conectividad a la costanera. Posee mucho espacio para caminar, sectores de entretenimiento y ricos lugares para descansar como las estufas de leña en algunos sectores del hotel. En términos de limpieza muy bien en general, tanto piezas como espacios comunes.
Sugiero revisar la variedad del desayuno, ya que estuvimos 03 días y nos tocó básicamente lo mismo en cosas dulces y saladas. Lo otro, sugiero revisar la comodidad de los colchones de las piezas que si bien no estaban mal, podrían ser mejores.
