    I BOOKED THE HOTEL 4 ROOMS FOR 2 DAYS WITH BREAK FAST INCLUDED I PAID 16000. BUT THE HOTEL RECEPTION PERSON SAID .NEED TO PAY FOR BREAK FAST FOOD FOR 11 PERSON. BUT HE CHARGING ON FROM THE BOOKING WITH BREAK FAST AFTER MORE CONVERSATIONS WITH HOTEL MANAGEMENT RECEPTION HE OFFER ONLY 650 FOR 11 MEMBERS BREAKFAST . 650 × 2 DAYS = 1300 ONLY HE ALLOWED . IF GOING MORE THEN U NEED TO PAY HE SAID. AND ANOTHER MAIN THINK HE SAID CHAPPATTI , PAROTTA ONLY HE PROVIDED AND ASKING ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR VEG KURUMA . ALL THIS CONVERSATION GOING BUT START TO TILL END AGODA CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER NOT REACHABLE . THERE AGODA ALSO VERY WOST NOT HAVING EASY TO REACH THERE . BUT HOTEL IS OK STAYING FAMILY MEMBERS WITH SAFE & SECURE . BUT SAME TIME HE CHEATING FOR GETTING BOOKING ONLINE MENTIONED WITH FOOD .BUT ON DIRECT HE SAID NO FOOD IS ADDITIONAL NEED TO PAY OR IF WE GOING MORE CONVERSATIONS MEANS AFTER HE OFFER 650 FOR 11 MEMBERS . HOTEL MANAGEMENT NEED TO TAKE THIS IMMEDIATE ACTION .OTHERWISE NO PERSON CAN COME AGAIN ONCE ANOTHER VISIT TO UR HOTEL . BASIC WATER ALSO CHARGEING PRICE FROM THE HOTEL is NOT RECOMMENDED.
