This lovely home beautifully blends into the charm of the historic neighborhood with modern comfort and style.
The furniture is new and refreshed for 2026, including brand new beds and mattresses!
The space comfortably sleeps up to six adults with the following configuration:
-First Bedroom: King Bed
-Second Bedroom: Queen Bed
-Living Room: Sofa opens into a queen sized bed
The apartment also includes a beautiful, updated bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience.
We make sure to supply you with all the basics such as coffee, tea, creamer, and more!
The second bedroom has a fully equipped work desk and computer monitor, for anyone looking for a work-from-home setup.
On-street parking is available with the use of a permit, making it easy for guests traveling with a car.
Trader Joe’s and WholeFoods are just four blocks away, giving you quick access to groceries and everyday essentials.
Guests will also receive our in-depth property guide filled with local recommendations, so you’ll have the best restaurants, cafés, and neighborhood spots right at your fingertips.

The unit is not shared, you will have your own entrance and private access.
There is a family living upstairs. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life can be heard in both directions.

We stayed at this property for good 4 nights to explore the city with 2 kids. The place is clean. We used the sofa to sleep on. Kids found it decent to sleep. Kitchen is stocked well. We cooked breakfast and some dinner. It had even some spices, oil, tea, coffee in the pantry. We used their big umbrella as it was rainy for few days. Communication with management was good. Location of the property was very convenient, close to metro. Whole Foods is so close. There are plenty of restaurants around. That beings said we had all we needed. I recommend this listing for stay. We will be back.

Don’t let “basement” location sway you! Does NOT feel like a basement. Brand new, clean & surprisingly comfortable enough for 4 people, but can accommodate 5 need be with sofa bed. GREAT location near downtown on a cool looking street of row houses. Parking permit included & was never an issue parking in front. We’ll definitely be back!
