The home boasts a large open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, sun beaming skylights, and an immaculate outdoor pool area enclosed by a large screened lanai. The property backs up to the Sanibel River which adds to its tranquil setting and a great spot to enjoy an afternoon of canoeing or kayaking. So pack you bags and head on down to Sanibel to spend the month at this stunning island retreat!
Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds & 1 Twin pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 7). WIFI available, Smart TV's (streaming only), heated pool, large enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, outdoor shower, covered parking. No Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 7 people.

This home rental gave us a chance to see family we had not seen, since before COVID!Our Daughter & husband & 2 grandchildren live in Sanibel; this home provided space for us to gather & make memories. The littles are 3 and almost 1 year old! Their place is small,so we loved having the extra room for dinners,pool time,etc.Plus we could walk to the beach access easily.We took measures to ensure nothing was broken(glass); so we removed the 2 lamps in the living area, and stored them in closet. No glass accidents! We appreciated all of the melamine & plastic provided in the kitchen for outdoor eating & drinking. LOVED the beach wagon!All in all, we have rented 3 different places;this Junonia home was by far the cleanest & most comfortable.Our family is grateful for the way everything is maintained. TV reception was very spotty- but we were not there for the TV! Pixelated most of the times we tried.Our only other wish would be for the pool bottom to be cleaned at least twice in a month;there is a lot of vegetation around the Lanai that falls through.We had a wonderful month of April! Looking forward to next year! (the stairs to the pool, we were told will be re-done!) Great job with maintenance.

From the outside the house doesn’t look like much, but inside it’s perfect from the layout to the pool.
The only cons about this house is that there’s a really weird sliding door in the master bedroom along with a floor to ceiling completely see through window. And the linens should be changed, all had weird stains.
Ohh and it says 4:00 check in, they really do mean right on the dot, I was pretty annoyed that we arrived at the office at 3:45 and it still wasn’t ready, meanwhile the house wasn’t rented the month before,.
