This studio condo features spectacular SUGARLOAF VIEWS. Located right at the mid-station for the SNUBBER LIFT. Ski in, ski out. Zip in during the day for snack, lunch.... another layer of undies, or, OOPs, that credit card that you forgot! From the windows and deck, watch the groomers all night for the right trails to ski the next morning! A SOUTHEREN exposure warms the deck all day so that you can catch up on that book, or feel comfortable leaving behind the non-skier in your group. The SUGARLOAF Health and Fitness Club is right across the street for snacks, swimming, massage, exercise, manicure, hair appointments, and hot tubs. *Please be prepared to bring your own shampoos & soaps as our cleaners are not able to consistently stock these items.
Summer & Fall foliage visitors will enjoy an amazing array of activities from GOLF, ZIP-Line, Segway Rental’s, Scenic Lift Rides, Mountain Biking, white water rafting, fishing, hiking, Maine Huts & Trails, (The APPALACHIAN TRAIL is near by), or just relaxing in the mountains of Maine.

Lin was very helpful and responsive to our questions.As a skiing group, we LOVED the building's location with lodging exit door within approx 50ft of Snubber mid-station! Big ski storage locker near exit door was also super convenience amenity.

The studio condo is in a great location right on the Snubber lift, making ski-in/ski-out access very convenient. The unit is on the second floor, so you can’t step directly outside to ski, which is likely expected.The host was responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, when we arrived there were no parking passes available as promised. After messaging the host, we received a quick response and were told to write our own passes, which was fine, though we didn’t have paper or a pen with us.The condo was fairly clean, but as noted in other reviews, there is room for improvement. We found old food in the cupboards and noticed possible signs of rodent activity.The sleeping arrangements were adequate overall. The main queen mattress is quite worn and sags noticeably, similar to an older mattress that is due for replacement. The Murphy beds were comfortable, but I would recommend bringing your own pillows, as the provided ones are very thin.The listing mentions access to a hot tub and pool but does not note that these amenities require an 18 per person day pass, which is important to be aware of.Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable option with a responsive host and an excellent ski-in/ski-out location, this condo is a solid choice.
