About this apartment rental
This two bedroom, two bath townhouse condo enjoys a view of Mammoth Mountains and can accommodate a pet and six people comfortably. The unit has been fully renovated with new beautiful wood floors, new modern kitchen with quartz countertops and custom cabinets, fresh paint and new bedroom furniture.
The living room is furnished in dark hard wood furniture which includes the dining room table, coffee table, and TV. The inviting living room has a flat screen smart tv to enjoy those relaxing times after exploring the wonders of Mammoth Lakes. Both bedrooms come furnished with their own flat screen tvs. This unit is closer to Canyon Lodge for skiing, biking, and hiking and is close to the main spa and pool.
Maximum Occupancy: Unit 12 can accommodate 6 people! Your furry family members are welcome in this condo!
Bed Arrangement: In the comfortable master bedroom you will find a queen bed and in the second bedroom there is a queen bed as well as a set of full/twin bunks. Both bathroom have been fully remodeled and the upstairs bathroom features a full tub while the downstairs bathroom features a walk in shower.
Unit Amenities: The full size remodeled kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances which include, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, and dishware. For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace!
On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!
You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx 1/4 of a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.
Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.
Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

We had an enjoyable stay at this lovely condo. A well maintained, good manager service, and I would recommend this pet friendly condo. tried out the sun warmed pool-still chilly in the afternoon. We enjoyed hiking and fishing (with success) in the Mammoth area and even had a light dusting of snow on the 2nd day of summer!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Mammoth ski & racquet club. The location allows for a walk to the lifts at Canyon and use of the ski back trail is super convenient. The condo was recently remodeled and the bathrooms and kitchen are really beautiful and the kitchen had all the necessities we needed for our stay. The furniture was also comfortable with new sofas in the living room. The only negative was that the downstairs bathroom is really cold. The layout was also a bit unexpected - both bedrooms downstairs with one bath and the second bathroom upstairs off the living area. We didn't bring pets - but the hard surface flooring would have been great for pets as well! The fireplace was a nice treat.

Overall impression of the condo when we walked in was surprise. Much nicer than the pictures conveyed. It is a ground floor unit, which makes for easy loading and unloading of all gear. The appliances are all updated, and there was plenty of kitchen equipment to make dinners and lunches. Though I would encourage the owners to buy a new can opener. Would recommend and will likely stay here again.

This apartment is in a great location in walking distance to Canyon Express ski lift (about 8-10 minutes). As there are many properties in the area we chose it for proximity to skiing and because we could bring our golden retriever dog. The apartment is outdated and amenities in the kitchen lack items. We had to go out and buy our own dishwasher soap and sponges. The carpet is stained and in replace worthy shape. While the apartment was generally clean, fresh sheets etc., there was hair in the downstairs shower which was off putting and we ended up just showering upstairs. We also found a mask behind the couch and men's underwear under one of the beds. Especially during this pandemic time, it is important that units are cleaned well. There is heating in the upstairs rooms and one downstairs room, but the room with the bunkbed and separate bed did not have heating and it was extremely freezing at night and some of us had to sleep in sweaters. While we enjoyed our stay in Mammoth very much, the unit did not fully live up to our standards.
