About this house rental
Snowbirds welcome! **Minimum 3 month rental, and at least one renter must be 55+** 45 minutes to Tampa, 10 minute drive to Sun Coast beach.
Recently renovated 2BR 2BA open floor plan ~2000 sq ft with enclosed Florida room and a covered screened-in patio. Quartz counters throughout, beautiful Shaker cabinetry with soft-close everything, and luxury vinyl plank flooring in all the common areas. This home is a gem to be enjoyed! Split bedroom/bath plan for privacy and guests! Master bedroom has King-size Sleep Number bed for perfect-for-you firmness, and bedroom 2 has a King bed. *BR 3/den is used as Owner storage and is not usable by tenants.* Master and 2nd BR both have great walk-in closets.
The home has modern appliances and furniture throughout, including a pull-out Queen sofa bed in the Florida room. Monthly cost includes bi-weekly cleaning services (dust/sweep/vacuum/mop everywhere, clean kitchen and baths).
75” TV in living room, 42" tv's in Master, BR2 and Florida Room. The Master, LR and FL room TVs come with standard cable. WiFi throughout home. Note: Second BR TV requires renter to use their own streaming service.
Screened in patio on back is a special retreat for hanging out or renters are welcome to use the grill and can eat el fresco at the dinette or simply relax on the patio furniture while taking in the nice weather.
Heritage Pines is a Gated secure community. It offers a golf course, a heated pool and spa, gym, tennis and pickle ball courts and Performing Arts Center hosts music and other entertainment regularly. Tenants must pay amenity transfer fee at office for use during stay. Renters must visit clubhouse to get ID’s made and purchase a barcode sticker for car/s - these costs are on top of paying amenity transfer fee.
Small dogs and cats are welcome (dog-owners are required to clean up after their pets throughout Heritage Pines, even just on owner property). Post-rental cleaning fee of $250 is required for all rentals.
Less than an hour to beautiful Clearwater Beach, though Hudson and Spring Hill have their own great beaches and plenty to explore. Tampa is 45 minutes away, and Disney and other Orlando parks are less than 2 hours.
Monthly rent includes bi-weekly general house cleaning, monthly lawn care and pest control, all utilities (water, water softener service, electric, trash/recycle pick-up), basic cable, high-speed internet, and required monthly HOA fees.

This house is perfect, comfortable and clean with everything we needed.. The owners were so kind with very easy check in and excellent communication. My parents live down the street which made it very easy to maximize our time with my parents and still have a comfortable sleeping arrangement for everyone. Would definitely come back!

My wife and I had a wonderful 5 months in our rental house. The only reason for a 4 star review of the check-in process is the front desk had a new person working there when we arrived and she was slow. Not a reflection on the owners. The neighborhood was nice, the neighbors were friendly, and I enjoyed the use of the golf cart. I was welcomed into 2 men’s golf leagues where I made several friends.
The community was safe and we did a lot of walking. Unfortunately, the gym, dining room, bar, and function room closed down due to the Covid19 virus. The pool and the golf course remained open and were greatly enjoyed, with necessary restrictions.
Repairs to the garage door and golf cart were addressed immediately by the owners. (Thank you!)
Our cat loved to watch the birds from the lanai.

The house was very spacious and well located. The sun room and large lanai were especially comfortable. The master bedroom with king size bed was especially comfortable, and the walk in shower was super for my handicapped wife. We found the (owners) Theresa very accommodating and responded immediately to resolve several small concerns. The added touch of supplying a golf cart with the house was especially helpful in this large gated community.
Heritage Pines is a wonderfully kept gated community with one of the best club houses I've ever seen. The golf course is top notch. The club house as a huge restaurant with good menu and reasonably priced. We ate there twice a week on special event nights. Also a very friendly bar. Activities at the club house are non-stop. The auditorium has live shows and the pool is massive.
All in all an enjoyable stay. We would definitely rent again
