Gorgeous sea view from the balcony, large balcony with shaders on the side Well equiped kitchen except the ventilation problem Tatiana the host was very friendly Sea is very close for swimming Not too crowded Good beach with small rocks within 15 minutes of walk Labadusa beach is close with a car
We stayed in apartement nr 2 There is no mosquito net on the balcony door Almost no airflow in the apartment The whole apartment gets very smelly if you try to cook something due inproper ventilation. Access with car from the main street is very steep but doable if you have some guidance and a raised car Aiplanes are flying above the area pretty close for landing of the Split airport A lot of cicadas in the near by forest, they can get ptetty loud in the morning The location Okgur Donji has a lot of garbage on the main street, not maintained, no sidewalk on most sections. A single small shop and a single restaurant in the whole location. Agency charges 50% extra for the 65euro per night price in August
