About this apartment rental
Villa Sherene is a spacious house set in lush gardens planted with Mediterranean trees, shrubs and large olive trees that provide shade. From the garden there is a private gate that leads directly onto the beach which is just 30m from the house. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood.
The house comprises 3 apartments and each apartment has its own separate entrance.
Apartment Cherry is on the garden level. The apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with large open plan living dining kitchen area which opens out onto a balcony with lovely garden views. On the balcony is a summer kitchen with a traditional BBQ grill and sink where you can enjoy making meals al fresco.
It has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. In the living room is a sofa bed suitable for 1 child.
The garden is shared by all the apartments.
The apartment has air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV.
Access to Apt Cherry is down stairs that go from the street level. The apartment entrance is directly off the stairs on the right side.
Parking is available on the street.
Means of access: Getting to the villa is easy by car or by plane. Split airport is a 10km taxi ride away and access to the island is by bridge. But please note that local roads become congested during the high season.
Directions to the apartment: You will check in at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Trogir. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.
Other Things to note
Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival cca 2 Euro per person per day tourist tax. Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply. You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key. You will get this back when you return the key on departure
Pets policy: Pets are not allowed.
