Bardzo wygodne mieszkanko, blisko dworca PKP (15 min pieszo). Niedaleko (3 min pieszo) znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, z którego można dotrzeć zarówno do różnych miejsc w Zakopanem, jak i do doliny Kościeliskiej i Chochołowskiej. Bardzo cicho i spokojnie, nie słychać innych lokatorów, za oknem szumi potok. Łóżko jest bardzo wygodne, materac jest miękki, człowiek się w nim zapada i zasypia w minutę :) Suszarka znajdująca się wyposażeniu jest mała, ale daje radę szybko wysuszyć długie włosy.
Roleta i lampa w łazience wymagają wyczyszczenia. Bardzo małe ręczniki. Bardzo mała słuchawka prysznicowa. Woda w prysznicu nie zawsze była gorąca.

W miarę blisko do centrum na pieszo
Mimo włączonego ogrzewania na najwyższą wartość na kaloryferach w pokoju było bardzo zimno.
