Happy Spring Guest

Warm welcome from the owner. The owner family is kind and friendly. The family room is very convenient for a family with young children. The view from the terrace is pleasant. The location is great. We are very close to the main attractions but in a very quiet nested place.

Schöne Lage und nette Familie. Man hatte einen großen Raum mit Mosquito Netz und AC.

Es roch sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Bad sehr stark nach Schimmel.

I loved this place! Initially I booked a room for 1 night but ended staying there 9 nights. Sometimes it happens that cool place makes you change your plans:) The room was clean, matress is comfortable, location is withing walking distance to the beach (approximately 15 mins). You can use a kitchen and refrigerator. The garden ( I loved it the most in evening time when air becomes cool and you can seat on the terrace enjoying your cup of tea or whatever) ) and hospitality of the family are what makes this place such a wonderful spot. The host Chinsi is such a lovely, friendly and kind woman, she treated me to delicious homemade food like roti or pancake everyday for no money (my accomodation didnt include any breakfast). I definitely recommend this places if you want to enjoy calm and beautiful ambient in Mirissa.

We enjoyed our stay at HappySpring Guest House. The hosts is lovely smiling SriLankan family, they are ready to help in every situation :) The breakfasts were more than delicious, the lady host prepares them everyday fresh and we were eating them on the porch. The building is situated inside the bushes/jungle, so we were able to observe and listen to the monkeys everyday :) The room was spacious and clean. The distance to the beach is approx.10-15mins walking but thanks to its location one can enjoy the silence and fresh air, instead of noise from the bars or pollution from the main road. Still it is not on the suburbs of town, the grocery shop is 5-7mins walk away.
