Seafood Restaurant and Motel

Great hotel just beside Tangalle town, near several wonderful beaches within walking distance or tuk tuk ride Clean and spacious room, lovely balcony with partial sea view where to enjoy sunset and relax Friendly staff and owner helped across the stay Restaurant food is also good quality I would highly recommend

Breakfast is a bit basic but enough for my standards, it could be improved with a few more variety

-termites in the low end of the bed. It was communicated in the motel, they just removed the wood that was eaten by the termites and did not solve the problem. Next day another pile of wood was there. -cockroaches in the shared spaces. They solved this problem with a very good manner -for western standards it is far below average for Asia standards it is OK

Room was modern and spacious with a balcony. AC worked great, also had a fridge. Really well priced considering all facilities.

We had a few pretty bad rainstorms which leaked in through the window. The staff were helpful in providing extra towels, not a big deal but not ideal.

Ocean views were good. Room was spacious and clean

The busy main road that it’s right next too, it’s too loud to even be on the balcony. They actually lock you in the whole building overnight so it’s a huge safety risk. We had the wait some time in the morning to be let out as they had to un padlock from the inside. There’s not much of a nice welcoming feeling, first place I’ve been to with no water bottles on arrival, no refreshment, not even coffee and tea provided with kettle.
