Sofia Apartments

This place has stunning views, we had a full balcony stretching across 3 bedrooms + the living room and it was amazing to watch the moon rise over the ocean. Having a pool right there on site is also obviously a luxury. Note that the pool is private to the apartment suites, not private to the specific apartment (sometimes we were lucky and it was quiet, and sometimes it was packed with screaming kids). It's very nice that there is shareable equipment available at the apartments like beach umbrellas, snorkeling equipment etc. The host was very responsive and quick at addressing any issues.

While the complex looks quite modern, the apartment itself is quite old and rundown. There are some bugs in the kitchen, cracks in the walls throughout, the beds are very uncomfortable, the faucets leak, etc. The kitchen is also not very well equipped, it would be great if they added cutting boards, some more sharp knives, things like that - cooking large meals was possible but not always easy. The wifi was also terrible and barely worked inside the apartment, but a tip is to go on the balcony, there it works great. The location is great if you have a car as it's just a few mins away from many things, but walking along the road can be a bit scary and dangerous (as in general on the Corfu coast, not specific to this location).

Krásná, velká terasa s výhledem na moře. Apartman čistý a dostatečně veliký pro čtyři osoby. Skvělý bazén také s krásným výhledem.Personál nápomocný a velmi milý. Do restaurace a obchodu pár minut chůze. Pláž hned u ubytování, menší, ale hezká a klidná. Autem jsme projeli skoro celý ostrov.Rádi se vrátíme, děkujeme!

Trochu lépe vybavená kuchyňka, ale mísu na salát jsme si koupili a vše bylo ok😁 Parkování trochu obtížné, pokud jste dorazili jako poslední..

The apartment was across the street from a little stony beach with clear water and wonderful swimming. As it was early season we could use the sun beds of the Glyfa Beach Restaurant and order drinks and snacks. The apartment had a lovely deck with views across the road to the sea. Staff were very helpful.

A little far from coffee shops in Barati. But as I mentioned above advantages of the beach and quieter than Barbati. Only 15 minutes walk. But a busy road.
