Amazing and hospitable hosts with loads of care for their BnB. Also very well cared garden and an amazing view
Nothing, it is not a 10 because I would like a stiffer mattress, but is more on my side

We had a very large room with a sofa, and a spotless bathroom heated underground. The view from the room is good, but from the living room upstairs, it is wonderful, with the Te Puia geyser in full view. The breakfast is a relatively limited cold buffet, but everything is local, delicious, great quality and abundant, and the owner is on hand to give information and recommendations. We had at our disposal a kitchen with tea making facilities. The coffee made to order at breakfast is perfect.
The hotel is not central and a car is needed to go to Rotorua and the main attractions. The bed is not very new.
