Beach PentHouse A25 Sandcastles

We loved everything about this place. The room and the hotel were both great, and the hosts were the highlight. They were super attentive, communicative, and responsive to anything we needed. We had a small water heater issue during our stay and they fixed it quickly, and even offered us another room to shower in while it was being sorted. That kind of care goes a long way. The location is excellent, right by the ocean. You get a pass for the beach, which is absolutely beautiful, and you can spend the whole day there. There is a restaurant on site where we had breakfast almost every morning, plus plenty more to eat and do all around with lots of entertainment nearby. The staff and front desk were friendly and welcoming from start to finish. We would love to come back.

The only hiccup was that the room was a little warm when we first arrived, since the AC had not been running beforehand. Once it had been on for a little while it cooled right down and everything was comfortable. A minor thing in an otherwise great stay.

I had an amazing stay at Sandcastle Resort in Ocho Rios. From the moment we arrived, the front desk check-in was smooth, friendly, and very welcoming. The host was extremely helpful and made sure we were fully set up—explaining all the switches, confirming the A/C and hot water were working perfectly, and ensuring the Wi-Fi was connected without any issues. The property itself is beautiful, but the rooftop was absolutely breathtaking and quickly became one of our favorite spots. The outdoor shower was also a standout feature and added such a relaxing, tropical touch to the experience. Overall, everything exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ocho Rios.
