Very clean and spacious Enjoyed full size fridge and was happy that there was ps4, washing machine, dishwasher and nice complementary cleaning kit along with teas and coffees set

Shower heads were lose and kept falling and toilet seat was loose and kept moving. Oven took ages to cook anything.

The location was superb, quiet, very clean and tidy. The accommodation was excellent , spotlessly clean, good supply of kitchen utensils to cook your meals and a dishwasher to do the clean up. the bed was comfy, and the linen dazzling white. TV with Netflix and a play station to keep you amused. with a comfy sofa. the camp is quiet perfect for relaxing and draining away the stresses of life and recharge your batteries, outside in its own secluded area is your own hot tub which is well maintained. if you want a rowdy all action holiday camp this is not for you, but for a relaxing peaceful location this is the one to book. did not want to leave and will be booking another break very soon here. what more can I say exceptionally clean in all aspects with all the comforts you require. one word PERFECT

Beautiful, relaxing and well catered for. There was nothing that the unit didnt have, from towels to iron, all kitchen utensils etc. Absolutrly spotless and so homely and comfortable. Would definately recommend and stay again.

Not a downgrade as these were my own issues. TV hdmi inputs didnt work so TV should be upgraded. I got in hottub first night and got bacterial conjunctivitas for over a week, needing bacterial eye drops.. I did let someone know. But this ruined the week in hottub and the romantic evenings in there with the mrs ;)

We loved our stay and enjoyed our walks via the trail into Looe.

Everything, the caravan was perfect and we wanted for nothing, very spacious comfy lounge & the bed was very comfortable 👌. Good parking too.

Ideal Park For relaxing

Clean and secluded quiet immaculately kept park with luxury accomodation. Ideal location for relaxation.ideally situated between Looe and Polperro. Ideal location for walking. Small adventure playground for young children,

We have no negative comments to make, be aware however as the name implies it is a coastal retreat and there was no shop or club just a place to relax

Quiet site for a wonderful relaxed weekend break

Clean and well decorated , site well managed and tidy . All you need for a weekend break . Beds made and towels provided. Super equipped kitchen, and the extras were appreciated. Lovely quiet site , perfect for quiet break . One of the best sites I’ve stayed at . Hot tub a bonus !Thankyou so much for a wonderful break .

Extremely comfortable, spacious. Quiet site, well located . As the weather was poor the whole weekend, the hot tub was highly appreciated by all of us. No regrets whatsoever, we made a good choice when booking.

Absolutely beautiful throughout! Immaculately clean, beautiful furniture, super comfy beds, top washing machine and top appliances! Hot tub was amazing too! I’ve never felt the need to leave a review on anywhere before - just wonderful!

Spacious, clean, came with everything that we needed - tea towels, bath towels, even a pint of milk in the fridge for us! PS4 for dvds/ games, hot tub was enclosed and felt private, hair dryer included. Good location with scenic walks and a short drive to Looe harbour

Exceptional, welcoming and spotlessly clean. Linen, crockery and amenities were all plentiful. Well located just 2 miles from Looe. So quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended.

Wedding weekend

Comfortable, clean accommodation with everything we needed for a long weekend. Enjoyed using the printed instructions to walk into Looe. Milk, tea and coffee provided and the local cider in the fridge was very nice.

Booked this accommodation for 3 nights thinking has got hot tub because the pictures on Booking.com show it has. I messaged to ask them if they have hot tub through Booking.com but didn’t get response, I sent an other message to ask after I booked didn’t get response again. A day before the holiday I found a contact number I called them and find out actually we won’t have hot tub. My both kids were very disappointed before even arrive there. In the property the oven was not working . They didn’t put anything in like hand wash , enough toilet rolls,shampoo . The Owen wasn’t working, the walls are paper thin you can hear everything . I can write a long list but I don’t want to west any more of my time . I will not come back here. Paying £900 for 3 nights but not getting what you should is not fair. Check in is 5 pm check out is 9:00 am is way too early . I feel like this people take advantage of COVID situation !!!!

The accomodation was stunning, extremely well equipped and mega clean, the site was very well maintained and the shop sold the essentials to get you going before going for a full shop, the kids play area was also a great touch.

Possibly a change of towels and linen mid week.
