Apart Luminoso céntrico 3 hab + 2 baños

Es un apartamento fresco y eso se agradece en Sevilla. Tiene todo lo necesario. Camas cómodas. Muy buena atención del propietario.

Había dos tostadoras y ninguna funcionaba bien, las puertas mejorarían con un poquito de aceite porque chirrían, pero en general nada grave.

MUY CERCA DEL CENTRO Y DE TRIANA SE PUEDE IR ANDANDO. TIENES PLAZAS DE APARCAMIENTOS MUY CERCA. LA ESTACION PLAZA DE ARMAS 4 MINUTOS ANDANDO ALLI TE DEJA EL AUTOBUS DEL AEROPUERTO.

LOS BAÑOS Y LA COCINA UN POCO ANTIGUOS PERO HACEN BIEN SU FUNCION

Ubytování je v docházkové vzdálenosti ke všem hlavním památkám, v okolí spoustu nákupních možností, restaurací i barů. Ubytování je v 6. patře s výtahem, je tam i bezbariérový mechanismus, pokoje čisté, kuchyň plně vybavena, k dispozici byla třeba i sůl, káva, těstoviny, koupený led, lednice s mrazákem, kávovar, myčka, pračka, klimatizace, televize, spoustu úložného prostoru. 2 koupelny se záchody, k dispozici byly třeba odličovací tampony, dámské hygienické potřeby, jednorázové žiletky, spoustu ručníků i utěrek. Je to jak když byste byli doma - žehlička, žehlicí prkno, sušák, deštníky, obrazy, vázičky, knihy, balkon, 3 ložnice (celkem 6 postelí a gauč). Poměr kvalita a cena vynikající :-)

Location is convenient, close to old town and some of the attractions. There are some cookware and two bathrooms. Common area inside the apratment is of good size. People living in the building are nice and helpful.

Wifi hardly works, the landlord provided two wifi but one is too far away and the other always appears full, that you cannot connect stably. Instructions on the boiler/heater was confusing, we had to shower in cold water at the first time until we figured out ourselves the tricks of how to have constant warn water. One of the shower head is leaking and cannot stay in one place which makes two bathrooms pointless as only one works. The doors of two of the bedrooms are jammed, you have to use force to open and close and it's also quite noisy when you do so. Also the sound isolation is terrible. These were communicated with the landlord but not much they can do.
