We picked Espinho as a great point to visit beaches and travel to Aveiro, Costa Nova ect. So the location is perfect - close to the train, close to Lidl supermarket and others, view to the ocean - easy to go to the town beach...also appreciate the bike trail starting just one street from there. The apartment itself needs a bit of maintenance but if you spent most of the day outside, its ok, you can cook, you have actually all you need. Calm street. Owner is very helfull and easy to reach if any issues.
As said, flat needs a bit of maintenance but nothing that we could not survive. Cleaning ladies just did not do their job, we were immediatelly offered new cleaning service, got clean towels ect. So all good. Its not fault of owner.

Situation géographique proche de la mer et des commerces à quelques minutes. Un très bon restaurant juste en face.
Robinetterie à revoir surtout la cuisine, et salle de bain;certains volets ne ferment pas bien;
