Excelente apartamento, colores y luminosidad llenos de energía. Completísimo de accesorios en cada sector. Las fotos publicadas son idénticas a la realidad. Anfitriona siempre presente y cordial. Zona súper céntrica y tranquila a la vez. Ferias, mercadillo, churros, empanadetas, barraquitos… todo exquisito, no tienes que cocinar 😅, solo disfrutar…

Walls are super thin, you hear neighbors talking. Bring earplugs.

One of the best places we've ever stayed in, everything that we needed was there. The terrace was fantastic with a superb view over both the mountains (yes, you can see the tip of Teide!) and the beach. The apartment is very spacious, bedrooms are huge and there's a very cosy sofa in the kitchen/living room. The kitchen is well equipped, we literally missed nothing and it truly felt like home. The apartment is on the fourth floor but there's a great lift (for when you are carrying luggage or not in the mood for cardio). Hiperdino is across the street alongside a plethora of restaurants, the beach is 2 minutes away by foot, you are 1 minute away from a square where you get the farmer's market once or twice a week (and many other events). Parking was tough at times, as we were there during the Easter holidays but we never ended up without a parking space, we always managed to find one (even in the night).

Wonderful location, especially activities viewing from balcony!

One disappointment was no proper couch, more a single bed with cushions, very uncomfortable
