Agranusa Signature Villa Nusa Dua

The beds were so comfortable, and the bedrooms had lots of space. The private pool was perfect for my daughter, since I could keep an eye on her while I made a snack. The front desk was so nice and amazing to us.

I didn't realize I had to go down a flight of stairs to reach the main living space. A pump was broken and kept running throughout the night (as soon as I told the front desk, they had someone come look at it and fix it). Even though the breakfast was delicious, it arrived a bit cold, and without a microwave, we couldn't heat it up.

The villa was well presented and had all the amenities required. It also had a pool in the centre of the home which was pretty cool.

The breakfast came out lukewarm on the first day and we couldn't eat it. The second day I had some eggs and became very unwell that evening and the following day. I believe I got Bali belly, unfortunately - perhaps from the way the food was handled and delivered, as we were very selective wherever we ate. I also would have loved the pool to be heated so we could swim all day/night without the discomfort in the cool evening air.

We were greeted very warmly and sincerely. All the staff we so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It was just the 2 of us and our daughter joined for 5 nights. We were in Villa 103. Any requests were met at once, like bottle opener, cooking equipment etc. The bed was so comfortable and we felt really spoilt, the set up was superb and practical. I loved having green leafy plants outside my bedroom window and in the living area! The premises were beyond wonderful and the grounds beautifully maintained. 2 bakeries and supermarts just a short walk away. My husband was so blessed with a surprise birthday seranade and candle lit cake on his birthday.. that was so thoughtful! Overall our stay was so nice and peaceful. Just idyllic. We hope to plan another trip and stay here again.

Just a suggestion..to perhaps provide some soup sized bowls besides flat plates and better washing up scourer and a dish cloth?
