Great staff, the villa was perfect. Lovely big rooms and bathrooms. We got breakfast delivered every morning, well worth it and in room massages. Amazing

The beds were so comfortable, and the bedrooms had lots of space. The private pool was perfect for my daughter, since I could keep an eye on her while I made a snack. The front desk was so nice and amazing to us.
I didn't realize I had to go down a flight of stairs to reach the main living space. A pump was broken and kept running throughout the night (as soon as I told the front desk, they had someone come look at it and fix it). Even though the breakfast was delicious, it arrived a bit cold, and without a microwave, we couldn't heat it up.

The villa was well presented and had all the amenities required. It also had a pool in the centre of the home which was pretty cool.
The breakfast came out lukewarm on the first day and we couldn't eat it. The second day I had some eggs and became very unwell that evening and the following day. I believe I got Bali belly, unfortunately - perhaps from the way the food was handled and delivered, as we were very selective wherever we ate.
I also would have loved the pool to be heated so we could swim all day/night without the discomfort in the cool evening air.

Staff were wonderful
The property needed maintenance work done. The showers area was ragged with brown spots towards the window adjoining the shower area
