Pity about the noise
Location and good size rooms
Layout of rooms and bathrooms isn't great and the area is very noisy. Traffic and dogs barking. Problems with power cutting out were annoying. Need a sign with the name of the villa and the street number. Very difficult for local taxis to find.

We really enjoyed our stay and would be back if we were in nusa Dua

The property was exactly as described, and had all the amenities we needed. AC worked well and it was very convenient for the conference we were going to.

Excellent house close to major hotels and beaches in a traditional area
Loved the contemporary, skilled and thoughtful renovation to this large 2-level Balinese house and the modern amenities installed. These included aircon, bathroom fittings, kitchen equipment and appliances, laundry and lighting appliances. Febri the host was very attentive to our messages and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. The cleaner attended every 2-3 days reducing our workload and helping to keep the house in mint condition.
Just a 15 minute walk to the high class hotels and beaches of Nusa Dua, the modern house is located along a laneway in a semi-traditional residential area. While we felt completely secure, you should come knowing that there may be some sounds and odours that may distract you e.g. the occasional motorbike or dog bark. Still, you do feel more invested in Balinese culture as the very friendly neighbours go about the daily routines, and they are happy to assist with any issue that you might have.
