Basic house- pretty from the outside but basic internally & minimal to no effort to provide adequate bathroom fitout- very basic. Heating effective.

-No filtered water in bathroom -Not advised 2 storey home being constructed in block behind - verandah directly looking into garden & living area - so no privacy. -Bedding adequate but basic - heating in rear bedroom area basic -just very basic all round for a professionally managed set up
