Excellent find.

It was very cozy and just the space we needed. The hosts were amazing, we had a little issue with the heating and they were there in no time to sort it out! Plenty of homely touches and went the extra mile with bread fresh milk and toiletries.

The noise from the other residents and the rubbish around the property.

Nice little apartment

The Apartment is not in central Plymouth but we have stayed here a couple of times now as we have family who live in the area. Perfect size for a couple or a family with a small child and very comfy beds! The bread, milk and breakfast things were a welcome touch.

The bathroom mirror could do with lowering a bit as it is very high.

The host met me with the keys, and this was arranged in advance. When arriving at the property the host took me through and showed me features of the property. The property has absolutely EVERYTHING you could need. It was very comfortable and I felt safe and secure during my stay.

Wouldn’t stay here again, would hardly describe as a ‘home from home’.

Was clean but not to a very high standard.

Neighbourhood was very dodgy. Half expected our work vans to be up on bricks the next morning. Did not feel like a safe place. Also, not sure what that camera wrapped in tin foil in the hallway was?!

Very comfortable home away from home

Perfectly clean and ready for arrival. The Sofa Bed and Bed were comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet. Ample linen provided. The rooms were nicely aired out and having the food items in the fridge was really thoughtful. Thank you.

Though explained (which we were thankful for) the removal of the device in the hallway needs to be expedited for a more comfortable stay.

A pleasant stay in a comfortable and well equipped apartment.

Location was good, the apartment well equipped and comfortable. The owners provided provisions (milk, butter, bread, eggs, beans etc.) and made a further delivery during our stay.

A fridge freezer would be better than just a fridge.

A clean and comfortable place with bus and train services into the city centre just a short walk away. The provision of tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as a selection of breakfast goodies in addition to shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch

Probably the best stay in Plymouth

The owner is one of the nicest people you could meet. Customer service is 11 out of 10. The property was very clean and again the owner went out of their way to make sure you had everything you required during your stay. I’d highly recommend to stay here if you are just looking for a place as a base to explore the area. 10/10 When I’m back in the area this is likely to be the first choice before I would look for anything else

This is the only con It’s far from the city center. But if you have transportation here is no issue
