Come ready to relax and be at home in this downstairs unit at the Waves, an eight-condo complex with charming porches and a tropically landscaped pool area. Beach access with public shower and bath is a short walk across Gulf Blvd. After your day at the beach, return to the comfort of two bedrooms and two baths with nine-foot ceilings and tile throughout. The well-stocked, fully equipped kitchen has modern granite counters and stainless steel appliances and is set up for your first cup of morning coffee.
Sleeps six with a king sized bed in the master, queen bed in the second bedroom, and queen fold out couch in the living room. The master features a large walk in closet and private shower; second bath with full-sized tub is in the hallway.
This rental is well maintained and offers a clean, modern aesthetic. WiFi, Cable, and washer/dryer are provided. Large TV in living area and smaller TV in master. A sparkling shared pool is the perfect way to end the day. Two barbecue grills in the pool area available first come, first serve.

The location was excellent - just across the street from the access to the beach. The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The keypad was not working so we used the manual key. The ice maker on the refrigerator was not working. The pool was relaxing. The neighbors across our unit were playing loud music the first night, and the aroma of pot was noticed every night of our stay from the neighbors across our unit.

Rent this place! It’s right by the beach, safe, clean, and the owner has chairs, umbrellas, a cooler-everything you need for the beach other than towels. I would stay here every chance I get.
