About this house rental
Beautiful 3 bedroom home beachfront. Nicely furnished with complete kitchen, bed linens, all appliances. 1 1/2 bath upstairs and 2 shower rooms and 1/2 bath down in garage. Nice screened in porch upstairs with view of the ocean. There is also access to 2 nice public beach paths either side of house (2 houses one way & 3 houses the other). Beach is at this part of Sullivan's Island about 300 to 400ft from houses with a coastal maritime beach forest between houses and sand dunes. We are considered station 27 which is closer to Isle of Palms / Breach Inlet than the Charleston Harbour. Sullivan's Island Light House is southern most part of island from this beach house.

No access to beach from boardwalk in backyard as advertised. Rain was not the issue. Years of overgrowth made area impassiable.

It was enough for the 6 of us and an infant. We enjoyed the Beach and Charleston both.The House had enough parking for 3 vehicles.The layout was open and uncluttered.Getting around to the Attractions was simple because of the Location.

There was an odor in the house that was unpleasant-mothball type scent. Ceiling fan in one bedroom didn't work. Private path to beach was overgrown with vegetation so not usable. Overall decor in home was very outdated. Needs a lot of TLC.
