We are excited to share unit 1211 with your family. Designed and decorated with your every need and want in mind. It's been updated! Everything painted, tile flooring throughout with tile wainscoting on bathroom & laundry room walls plus tile baseboards to ensure that the unit is clean and sanitary for your family.

We think you'll agree, that compared to other units, 1211 is clean and luxurious.

We've added extra storage cabinets in both bathrooms and more towel racks and robe hooks for your convenience. You will even find extra storage racks in the closets. Nothing has been forgotten. Your stay will be perfect!

As you enter the condominium you will feel right at home. The decor is upscale but relaxing. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open and inviting with high ceilings and floor to ceiling views of the Gulf.

This unit has it all! In the living room you will find a 39" LED television, a Blu-ray player and 5.1 Dolby Digital surround sound so that you can gather the family for a great movie. The main stereo has master bedroom speakers available with the flip of a switch.

The luxury kitchen, with granite counter tops & a designer sink, has everything you need and want to prepare that gourmet meal. All utensils, cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances are regularly checked to ensure they are adequate and in working order. We are sure this kitchen will meet your dining and/or entertaining needs.

There is a pantry with plenty of shelves, plus cabinet storage galore. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining room table is table height and comfortably seats six.

The laundry room, with its wainscoting and many hooks, is the perfect spot for all your beach gear. There is a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom features a king-size canopy bed with a plush-top mattress and lots of pillows. Linens provided follow COVID 19 protocols. Beautiful lamps on each bedside table invite you to crawl into bed to read or to watch the 32" LCD TV which has built in DVD, and plays audio CD's and mp3 discs.

The guest bedroom features a plush-top queen-size mattress with lots of pillows and linens that follow COVID 19 protocols. There is a 26" LCD TV that has a built in DVD player and also plays audio CD's or mp3 discs.

The bunk room is truly private and not just two bunks in a hallway. There is a chest for storage and COVID 19 protocol bedding! These bunk beds DO NOT have the standard bunked mattresses. They have twin 10" plush-top mattresses which will comfortably sleep adults. The bunk room also has a 22"LCD TV with DVD player.

The bunk room and guest room share an updated guest bath which joins the guest room and opens to the hallway as well.

All linens are furnished and follow COVID 19 protocols which ensures that they are all commercially laundered between guests. Each bed is made with a fitted sheet, a thin duvet and top sheet. **As a result, some guests like to bring an extra blanket if they prefer a comforter feel while sleeping. The only other linen you need to bring is a beach towel or two.
