This luxurious 2 Bedroom Ocean View Villa is a part of the Four Seasons Resort and enjoys all hotel privileges and amenities. It is a wonderful place to be pampered, but also feels secluded in your own private space to prepare wonderful meals for your family or friends.
This resort was named 'The Number One Golf Resort in the World' by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine Readers Poll 2006! On the same latitude as the Hawaiian Islands, Punta Mita offers a near perfect climate with 340 days of sunshine per year. The resort, on the Pacific Ocean, is surrounded by 9 miles of pristine white sand, including some of the world's most beautiful beaches.
The Villa was completed in January 2007 and boasts over 2,100 square feet with Four Seasons appointed furnishings. A nearly 800-square-foot private terrace with its own private ocean view, infinity edge plunge pool, dining and lounge areas, and a stainless steel Viking gas grill brings the total living space to just under 3,000 square feet. The overall feeling inside the villa is spacious and comfortable with seamless access to the outdoor terrace/pool when the sliding glass wall is retracted.
Other highlights include a private lanai off the master bedroom, with an outdoor rain shower, granite and stone countertops and rich wood cabinets in the kitchen, baths, and powder room.
The kitchen features a Sub-zero refrigerator, Wolf gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher and stainless steel sink. Every convenience has been provided including quality cookware, flatware, and linens. In advance of your visit, the Four Seasons Residence Club staff will contact you to arrange dinner, babysitting and can have groceries delivered to the villa on the day of your arrival. We enjoy having the chef marinate some fresh fish that we can prepare on the outdoor grill!
The villa has 2 spacious master suites, one with king bed and the other with 2 full beds, including Signature Four Seasons beds and linens. All bedrooms have a plasma television and generous closet space. The bathrooms are beautifully designed, and all are stocked with robes and L'Occitane toiletries.
A discreet work area features a built in desk with a 2 line speaker phone, voice mail and free WI-FI. The villa is also equipped with a stacked washer and dryer and iron.
It's the perfect location for a total escape from the everyday and has all of the conveniences to keep you as connected (or disconnected) as you want. We look forward to sharing one of our most treasured places with you!

Mexico is a traveler’s paradise, and Punta Mita is the best site in it. The property is within the Four Seasons Resort in Punta Mita and has all the amenities and convenience of an apartment plus the great service of a FS Resort. 100% recommendable for a family vacation. Apartment includes fully equipped kitchen, dining room with adjacent family room, two great bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Also, a great terrace with a heated pool and an outside dining table with grill included! Used ALL of available amenities and had a lot of fun.
If you are fortunate enough to stay here don’t forget to call Mita Bikes. Rent mountain or city bikes to visit the whole Punta Mita property cycling through the 20km of roads within the development.

If you're staying at the Four Seasons Punta Mita with a family, then the Residence Club is your best option. We traveled with 2 other families and the Residence Club rooms were spacious and close to the kids amenities. Service is Four Seasons standard of course. The owner was helpful in coordinating the stay. We will stay here again when we come back.

My wife, 2 children (10 & 8) and I spent New Year 2014 at this wonderful villa. We have stayed at Four Seasons properties around the world, but this took the entire experience to another level. The accommodation was luxurious and very well appointed. The kids just loved the private pool with the beautiful overlook and views. We absolutely loved the increased privacy and exclusivity that the Residence Club afforded us, while at the same time having all the benefits of the resort. Congratulations to the Four Seasons for putting on an absolutely amazing New Year extravaganza. Finally the owners were great to work with, no fuss, extremely helpful about the area and experiences to do. Great. - all in just a wonderful vacation. We will most certainly be back.

We recently spent a relaxing week with our 2 children at this beautifully appointed villa. The accommodations were luxurious and well designed. Working with this owner was very easy and efficient. It was our second trip to the resort and we appreciated the extra space and amenities offered in the Residence Club. It was our first experience with VRBO and we will be coming back, hopefully to this same owner. Highly recommend!
