About this house rental
Centrally located single family home within walking distance to the beach. Beautiful pool with water heater (for winter dates) and lanai area with barbeque included, for a perfect summer afternoon. Gulf access canal on the back with spacious dock. Rest comfortable in the huge king size bed in the master bedroom with direct access to the pool and private bathroom. Both bathrooms were recently renovated as well new furniture for the living room. Get to enjoy the outdoors with bicycles and canoes, included with the rent. Tesla charger available.

This great house was absolutely perfect. We have stayed here numerous times and it always exceeds our expectations. The host is available if needed and quickly answers any questions. The location is great and an easy walk to the beach and great restaurants. We are already booked again for next year.

The house was fantastic! Great Location to the beach, it's about a 15 minute walk. Everything we needed for beach days was there for the week. If you ride bikes bring your own bike lock, we couldn't find one anywhere. I would recommend some cushions for the lounge chairs and a grill upgrade. Past guests have not cleaned it and a few of the burners wouldn't light.

The host was so helpful, he responded very quickly when I had questions. Even though we had very unusually cold weather we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub all but two days. The host even had the pool service person come to show us what to do in the extreme temperatures.

Great and comfortable home with a well stocked kitchen. My family and I enjoyed our time at the home as well as the short walk to the beach. Host was quick to answer any question during our stay. Highly recommended!
